Error 1101023¶

This error can occur if you are creating a First-Class Mail International (FCMI) shipment but have not set the reasonForExport field in the customs.customsInfo object to DOCUMENTS. FCMI shipments can contain documents only. They cannot contain goods.

For shipping goods, other services are available, such as First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS).
