This error can occur if you try to manifest a shipment that has been auto-manifested because too much time has passed since the shipment’s creation. If a USPS shipment is created with the ADD_TO_MANIFEST shipment option set to true but is not included in a USPS SCAN form by 6 a.m. UTC/GMT the next calendar day, Pitney Bowes automatically manifests the shipment.

Important

When a shipment is auto-manifested there can be a delay of up to a day before USPS starts sending tracking updates.
