CBDS Hubs¶
Overview¶
The PB Cross-Border Delivery Service (CBDS) provides customs processing and international shipping from the CBDS Hubs listed here. CBDS operates the following hubs:
U.S. Hubs and Supported Services¶
CBDS provides the U.S. Hubs and services listed here. For supported countries, see Shipping Lanes for CBDS International Outbound.
CBDS shipments from the U.S. to Canada return a zone value between 1 and 4 based on the FSA (the first three characters of the destination postal code) and on the type of induction used by the CBDS Hub. The Chicago and New Jersey hubs use East Coast Induction, and the California hub uses West Coast Induction. The value is returned in the rates.destinationZone field in the API response. CBDS provides the Canada Hubs and services listed here.
CBDS shipments from the Canada to the U.S. return a zone value between 1 and 8 based on the destination ZIP code. The value is returned in the rates.destinationZone field in the API response. Click here to download the U.S. Zones spreadsheet.
